are all integrated microwaves the same width or do they vary? My current one is 595mm wide on the front panel and this comes to the edge of the unit walls. The hole it lives in is 560mm.

I have had a brief look around online, but not everything has sizes... Are sizes the same? Do specific manufacturers stick to one size only?

Did you sort this out? When I have seen this situation before we just took off the front of the cupboard (the bit with the hole in it) and used a new section with the right size hole and correctly positioned strengthening posts.
